Counseling Details and Rates
First consult session is FREE (20-30 min) and future rates are as follows:
50 minutes session: $150
Payment is collected at the end of each session. We accept cash, Apple Pay, PayPal online, or credit/debit cards. If you choose to use a card, please add $5 for processing.
***With COVID-19 going on and in interest of wanting you to feel safe I am offering HIPPA compliant video sessions to new and current clients who would feel more comfortable not coming to an office. Feel free to inquire anytime about that option.
Insurance: We do not accept insurance, though we will provide proper documentation and a receipt should client wish to pursue reimbursement through their insurance company.
**In order for insurance companies to perform reimbursements, they require a diagnosis. Please note that this diagnosis will be added to individuals health records.
**When submitting for insurance you will need this information: NPI - 1154839603 & State of Tennessee Department of Health - License #1362 issued in 2019
Cancellation Policy: Things happen, we understand. If you need to cancel, advanced warning is appreciated. If you do not show up for a meeting, or provide less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the session.
